Privacy policy

This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Kingdom Living the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

This Policy applies between you ("User," "you") and Kingdom Living ("Kingdom Living," "we," "us," "our"), a discipleship ministry operating under Jubilee Christian Fellowship. This Policy governs our collection and use of Data gathered through kingdomliving.global, academy.kingdomliving.global, and any related sites, courses, communities, and services we operate (collectively, the "Website").

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your Data to:

Deliver the course, assessment, or service you've enrolled in
Track your progress and personalize your learning path
Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and relevant ministry content
Improve our courses, content, and Website experience
Send email or SMS communications related to your journey with us — you may opt out of promotional communications at any time while still receiving essential account/service messages

We do not sell your Data. We do not disclose your Data to third parties except as described in Section 4 or as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers to operate the Website, including payment processing (Stripe), email/marketing automation (Mailchimp), course hosting (LearnWorlds), and website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). These providers only receive the Data necessary to perform their specific function for us and are contractually and/or technically restricted from using it for other purposes.

5. Community & Directory Visibility

This section describes specifically what other users can see about you, and where.

Kingdom Living offers community and directory features designed to help you connect with others on a similar journey. Visibility works as follows:

Within a course: If you are enrolled in a course with an active cohort, other learners currently enrolled in that same course may see your name and profile within that course's space. Learners in different courses cannot see you through this feature.
Within community segments: If you participate in a segment-specific community space (for example, a space organized around a specific Connection Group, course, or program), other members of that same segment may see your name, profile, and posts within that space.
Within the general community: If you participate in the general Kingdom Living community space, other general community members may see your name, profile, and posts within that space.
Across contexts: Visibility does not cross these boundaries automatically — being visible in one course or segment does not make you visible in another, unless you separately join that space.
Your control: You may leave a course, community segment, or the general community at any time, which removes your visibility from that space going forward. You may also request that your public profile fields (such as your avatar or displayed Connection Group result) be hidden — contact us using the details in Section 13.
What is never shared publicly: Your assessment answers, payment information, and contact details (email, phone, address) are never visible to other users, regardless of course or community participation.
6. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for use by adults. Some of our content (such as the Guiding Your Child course and related resources) is designed for parents of minors, but is not intended to collect Data directly from children. We do not knowingly collect Data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted Data to us, please contact us using the details in Section 13 so we can remove it.

7. Changes of Ownership

If Kingdom Living's operations are ever restructured, merged, or transferred, your Data may transfer as part of that change. Where this affects you, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new operator.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

Decline to provide certain Data, though this may limit your ability to use some Services
Opt out of promotional email/SMS communications at any time
Request a copy of the Data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your Data, subject to what we're required to retain for legal, financial, or safety reasons
Restrict or disable cookies through your browser settings (see Section 11)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. If you are located in the European Union or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us using the details in Section 13 to exercise any of these rights.

9. Accessing Your Data

You may view and update most of your Account information directly through your Account settings at any time. For Data not accessible there, contact us directly.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your Data, including secure hosting through our platform provider and encrypted payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies

We use cookies to recognize returning visitors, understand site usage, and improve the Website experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality. See our separate Cookie Policy for details.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
